What this website collects
The website does not save your draft in a website database. On a connected live site, the email enquiry option submits your name, business, contact details, project type, budget and brief to GoldenBee’s backend, then Brevo delivers the enquiry to our monitored inbox. The WhatsApp option opens a prepared message in WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it.
Information you choose to send
If you contact GoldenBee through WhatsApp, email or another channel, the information you provide may be used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, discuss a project and provide agreed services.
Third-party services
Fonts and core site assets are stored locally in the static build. Some client imagery may load from FileSafe. On the connected live site, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions and Brevo processes enquiry delivery. These providers receive technical information and the enquiry information needed for those services. The backend uses short-lived request metadata for rate limits and duplicate prevention without logging your project brief. External links, WhatsApp, and your email provider have their own privacy practices. Private client previews remain unpublished.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not include marketing trackers or analytics in the supplied static build. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before publication.
